Paray’s Lechon Cebu is a small family business. It all started by my hard working, self-employed father. Way back then he goes to the livestock auction market (tabu) every Thursday in Papan Sibonga, Southern part of Cebu now in Mantalungon Barili. He buys an average of 6 to 8 swine based on estimate (mata-mata) which is quite tricky to get the best deal. Read More
